Privacy notice

This notice explains what Blue Harbor Software does with the information you give it through this website.

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and your message, with the time you sent it and the page you sent it from. We do not record your IP address.

We use them only to read and answer your message. They are received by Blue Harbor Software: the message is emailed to Blue Harbor Software and kept in the system that hosts this website, where only Blue Harbor Software and the people who run that system for it can see it.

We keep a message for 24 months, then delete it automatically. It is also deleted if Blue Harbor Software stops using the service that hosts this website.

Visiting a page

This website sets no cookies. We count page views to see which pages are read, and for each view we keep only the page, the time and the website you came from. We do not keep your IP address, and nothing we keep identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask Blue Harbor Software what it holds about you, or ask it to delete your message, by replying to its answer to your message or by sending a new message through the contact form.
